the dogs of Boracay
Three long months since my last post! Where was I?
I am kicking off my 6th year anniversary in the blogosphere with this short photo memento of my recent trip to Boracay. Apart from the cliche' which would definitely comprise of the long stretch of fine, powdery, sometimes serene and oftentimes ruckus- rich shores of Boracay lined up with more shops and establishments than trees, and the staple presence of beach combers from across the globe, I took considerable attention in mingling and getting to know not just the shy locals but of course the playful, friendly dogs of Boracay.
I managed to get a few photos. These dogs walked the shores like kings and magistrates--they own the island and I am jealous of how they live and cherish the true beach life. These dogs run freely on the shore and swim merrily undisturbed on the beach. I can sense their freedom like the clouds that hover above us, it was good to imagine that these dogs are living a happy, nomadic life.
