A Moral in Waiting

If you are waiting for an appointment, a job interview, a marriage proposal, a promotion, a loan release or even in a queue to withdraw cash in an ATM or in a crowded public loo and you deem to be uncertain if such pursuit will transpire within the boundaries of your allotted time, then it is only logical that you cease to wait in vain.

Waiting could be eventful, momentary, dreadful, solitary, productive, festive and unfortunately, at times almost endless. It is imperative not to wait and subject yourself to a forced ennui or be the cause to major glitch in your supposedly ever expanding space of time. In all your consciousness, try to avoid situations such as:

• That you wait without an objective; a goal or purpose.
• That you wait and be forcefully subjected to an uncomfortable situation.
• That you wait not having been received or when you deem that there’s no apparent reason to wait and expect; self- reception and outward reception should be reciprocated.

Please always rally upon that you will never have to compromise your time with these obvious and conceivable irregularity/ies in the cycle of time well-spent and time well-utilised.

Bear in mind that it is never wrong to assert one’s self the very moment you feel the slightest pang of awkwardness and uncertainty in a “waiting” situation. Assert yourself as fairly, as honest and as politely as you possibly can, if you don’t, you’ll get to nowhere.
